✞ _By commissioning me you agree to the following ; terms and conditions ✞
☆ You acknowledge I am a digital artist and my work is digital only. You will not receive anything shipped or a physical product.☆ Unless specified all work is restricted to private use only. My art is unauthorized to be used for commercial purposes or profit. Failure to do so will result in a ban in all future commission request as well as possible legal action.☆ I retain all rights to all artwork as the artist. This grants me permission to use any artwork commissioned in my portfolio, as well as share on social media. Unless the client coordinates otherwise.
☆ You are by NO means allowed to COPY, EDIT, TRACE, or REMOVE WATERMARKS from any of my works. Commercial or otherwise you are not allowed to claim my art as your own. Credits to me (@moribound_cl ; the artist) or to my socials must be explicitly given in any case that the artwork is shown.
Process ✞ Payment Details
☆ You must be 18 years old or older to commission works from me.☆ Please have a reference sheet.☆ Commissions are not first come first serve. I reserve the right to decline any orders that I am not comfortable with as well as orders I do not believe I can work on.☆ Full/Partial payment must be paid upfront before hand or after the sketch process via ko-fi /paypal invoice only.☆ Client must approve the sketch before I move onto the next step. Any edits can be made during the sketch phase as well as the initial line art phase.
sketch > lineart > flat colors > shading > background.
WIP can be requested throughout the workflow.☆ Completion time may vary from 2-4 weeks to 1-3 months depending on the order, deadlines and rush orders can be arranged for an additional fee.☆ I do not allow chargebacks or paypal disputes; for any issue or if you'd like to discuss about a commission,
you can contact me anytime and I'd be glad to clarify any concern you may have.☆ NO REFUNDS; Refunds NOT will be available. DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDS. You are 100% liable for all purchases.

✞ Listed prices are estimates for my most commonly requested order types, but can be arranged to cover your needs. As well as organizing payment plans for those that are returning clients, or have a recommendation from someone that has commissioned me before, as well as fellow artist/vtuber I am affiliated with.✞ If you'd like to commission me for anything that isn't listed, i'll be happy to hear your ideas.

It's always recommended to ask for a quote for your specific case before commissioning.Commercial usage fees are pre-calculated in the price.
This option does not include Live2D rigging (the art won't move and needs to be worked on in Live2D) and is for pre-existing characters only.This option's artwork includes both a .PSD (used by the Live2D artist) and a .PNG (flat image) file.This commission type is approx 3000px in 400DPI;

I charge an one-time fee of +50% /+100% of the total price for usage,
including but not limited to: printing, virtual youtuber graphics, merchandise,

Q. What is commercial use? Can I use my art as a profile picture/icon without it?
A. Yes, you can use artwork as a profile picture on discord, twitter, or other social media without commercial use. Commercial use is displaying the artwork wherein revenue will gained; youtube, twitch, etc. To use art on said platforms please purchase commercial use.Q. I got a private commission can I upgrade to commercial use afterwards?
A. Yes, you can buy commercial rights on a previously commissioned piece.Q. Why do you not offer refunds?
A. Due to my chronic illness the commission money I get is immediately put towards my medical bills and needs.Q. Do you have a waitlist?
A. No, usually my commissions are open and done on a request basis; once I am paid I start work immediately. If they're closed simply check back or follow my twitter to be notified when they open.Q. I can't pay right away, but I want to commission still.
A. If full payment cannot be received I will take half upfront. However, work will not begin until full payment is received.Q. Can I sell artwork / vtuber models I've received.
A. I will have to be notified as well as notified as to who is receiving said items.Q. Can I sell art as merch?

✞ What I'm looking for in a reference sheet. Here is what your reference sheet should have in order for me to accept your commission. I do not accept text based descriptions unless you are commissioning me for a reference sheet.☆ Full body drawing of your character.
☆ Alternate version (optional) including what they might look like without certain pieces eg. jacket, hat, accessories
☆ Color Palette
☆ Close up view of face (additional expressions optional)
☆ Side view of character
☆ If animal ears are present, low transparency version or earless. (optional)
☆ Any extra accessories separated and detailed. Including animal ears.
